Terms of sale

• Every piece is made to order. An order is confirmed when payment, or the agreed deposit, is received; casting starts after the size is confirmed with you.
• Prices include the stones, the gold, making and the certificate; delivery and duties as stated on the delivery page. The invoice currency is INR.
• Natural variation: gold colour and stone inclusions within the graded range are not defects. Weights shown are nominal and may vary by a few percent.
• Cancellation is free before casting starts. After that, sales are final except for damage or a piece not as described, which we remake or refund.
• Lifetime cleaning and inspection, one free resize within 60 days, and a 70% buy-back of any Louis Diams stone against a larger one.
• Disputes are settled under the laws of India for orders invoiced there and under the laws of the UAE for Dubai hand deliveries.
