Privacy

Louis Diams (Clapcle Ventures, Surat, India, trading in Dubai) collects what it needs to make and deliver your piece: your name, email, phone, delivery address, ring size and the photos you send for bespoke work.

What we use it for

• Making, invoicing and delivering your order and keeping its certificate on file.
• Messages about your order by email and WhatsApp.
• Marketing only if you tick the box in your account; one tap to stop at any time.
• Site analytics (Google Analytics and our own counts) to see which pieces are viewed and from where. No advertising profile is built from this.

Who sees it

Our atelier, the courier, PayPal for payments, Amazon Web Services where the platform runs (Mumbai region), Meta for WhatsApp messages. Nobody else. We never sell data.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@louisdiams.com or on WhatsApp. Bespoke photos are deleted on request. We keep invoices for the period tax law requires.
