Delivery, duties and returns

Made to order

Every piece is cast, set and polished for you after the size is confirmed. The atelier takes 15 days on a typical ring and up to 20 on heavier pieces; bespoke work has its own date on the quote. We message you at each step: size confirmed, cast, stones set, final check, dispatched.

United Arab Emirates

Insured courier, 3 to 5 days after the piece is finished, duties and VAT included in the price shown. In Dubai we also hand-deliver: we bring the piece, check the fit, and take it back if it is not right.

India

Insured courier from the Surat atelier, 4 to 6 days after the piece is finished. Prices include GST. Hallmarking (BIS 916, 750, 375) is on every gold piece.

Elsewhere

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Kingdom and the United States by insured courier; duties are included for the Gulf and quoted at checkout for the rest.

What arrives

The piece in its box, the IGI or GIA report for the stones, the hallmark certificate, a care card and the invoice. Lifetime cleaning and inspection at the atelier are included.

Returns and resizing

Because each piece is made for you, sales are final once casting starts. Before that you can change or cancel freely. One complimentary resize within 60 days; after that at cost. If a piece arrives damaged or not as described we remake or refund it, no discussion.

Payment

PayPal (cards, Apple Pay), a 50% deposit with the balance before delivery, or bank transfer. Prices are shown in INR or USD; the invoice is in INR.
